HANDLING OF ORDER

1. QUERY MANAGEMENT
 
Every inquiry is promptly attended to, with great care and attention to detail. Consumers will be provided with details regarding the style and cost of the chosen clothing. Once the design specifications have been confirmed,King of Apparel will send over comprehensive price along with job sheet that includes the sizes, quantity, and graphics of the requested clothing.
 

2. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

An order confirmation from King of Apparel will be sent; the buyer must review and validate it. Within 24 hours of the customer signing the job sheets, King of Apparel processes the order for manufacturing. Before the clothing is shipped, King of Apparel will give the buyer an invoice and request 50% of the payment as deposit. This will happen between then and the production.

3. PRODUCTION OF GOODS

All clothing, including items that need custom graphics and designs, can be made by King of Apparel. Items are produced in three to four weeks, and the customer receives their order in the fourth week. King of Apparel makes sure that no errors occur during manufacturing by staying in close contact with customers and verifying both embroidery and print samples using pictures of the real clothing.

4. DISPATCH DELIVERY

Before being shipped from the King of Apparel office, the clothing is carefully inspected to make sure it will live up to the client’s expectations. Deliveries that arrive in the QC Department are shipped out 48 hours later. Depending on the shipping option the client selects, the goods are expected to arrive at their destination within three to four days.

5. AFTER DISPATCH REPORTING

In addition to giving the consumer an order tracking number, King of Apparel follows up to make sure the customer has got the clothing and is happy with it all.King of Apparel takes great satisfaction in establishing, upholding, and enhancing connections with each and every customer.
